The courageous warrior: Developing compassion and bodhicitta - with Rigpa’s foremost senior teacher Patrick Gaffney
The exceptional nature of Buddha's teachings of the Great Vehicle (Mahayana) is attributed to its precise and exquisite training of the mind in wisdom and compassion, also known as bodhichitta. This is the unique heritage that arrived in Tibet through masters like Atisha Dipamkara in the 11th century, and which has continued to flourish in all traditions of Tibetan Buddhism up to the present day.
This month's Live Sangha Day will be coming live from the 1-month Bodhichitta retreat in Lerab Ling, where Rigpa's seniormost teacher, Patrick Gaffney, will be guiding us through some of the main cornerstones of this bodhichitta training.
