During Rigpa’s international meditation retreat in 2026, Khenchen Pema Sherab was asked to offer some advice that would help to deepen and inspire the meditation practice of numerous students with various degrees of experience gathered in Lerab Ling. So the teachings he gave in response first explained the ‘bigger picture’, the right perspective or correct view of meditation, before exploring some of the most important elements to be applied during practice.
